After two years of conducting our annual meetings virtually due to COVID pandemic, the National Council on US Libya Relations is pleased to announce that its 5th Annual conference will be held, in-person, on Thursday February 16, 2023 at the Rayburn building of the House of Representatives in Washington DC.
